1. Ownership of Purchased Code  
When purchasing a package, users gain the right to download and use the code to create applications.  
Users are prohibited from reselling the code in any form.  

2. Refund Policy  
Users may request a full refund within 7 days of proposal acceptance or service initial deposit. Each project is unique and custom made, so we cannot offer a refund after the project has started.
Additionally, each project refund policy is outlined in the proposal and is subject to change at any time.  

3. User Data Collection  
We collect personal data, including name, email, and payment information, to process transactions and provide services.  
Non-personal data, such as web cookies, may also be collected to enhance user experience.
