Every partnership has three parts: an upfront investment from you (skin in the game, sized to your runway), an equity stake for Kingdom Kode (we win when you win), and a revenue share that repays the build — starting at a payback rate and stepping down once the build investment is repaid. Your offer page shows exactly what your rate does over the life of the partnership, states it in plain words, and lets you counter any number before you sign.
