Case Study - A Modern Audible & Lead Capture Platform

Overview

Assured is a forthcoming book designed to help professionals overcome workplace toxicity, insecurity, and imposter syndrome. The goal of this project was to transform a static book site into a high-converting, scalable digital platform capable of capturing leads, nurturing an audience, and supporting future course and consulting offerings.

The initial experience suffered from several issues that limited its effectiveness, including no structured lead capture, inconsistent navigation, and accessibility issues. The site needed to feel authoritative, calming, and empowering—while also functioning as a business engine.

I rebuilt the platform as a modern, headless, conversion-driven web experience. We implemented a waitlist-driven lead capture system, designed CMS-driven content, and built on Next.js for performance and scalability. The result is a fluid, intuitive experience that guides users instead of overwhelming them.
